Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information and necessary access credentials.
Respond to requests and approvals in a timely manner.
Maintain ownership and responsibility for website content and business information.
Comply with Google, Meta, and other platform policies.

Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid on or before the due date.
Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

No Guarantee of Rankings

While we follow industry best practices and proven strategies, search engine rankings and advertising performance depend on many factors outside our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or revenue outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and materials created by Sajeeb Local SEO remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, clients receive rights to use deliverables created specifically for their business.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Any outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.

Limitation of Liability

Sajeeb Local SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services. Due to the nature of SEO, advertising, and digital marketing work, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
Monthly retainers are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
Setup fees, consultation fees, audits, strategy development, citation building, and advertising management fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued based solely on ranking fluctuations, algorithm updates, or business performance results.
